| 2024 ULI Urban Land Institute Award
Giorgetti Houston received the prestigious ULI Award 2024 for its Casa Companies real estate project from the Urban Land Institute in the for-profit large scale category.
The second award after the Ruby Awards 2021.
The technical committee of the ULI, a non-profit research and training organisation composed of a multidisciplinary group of experts in the real estate sector, awarded the high quality standards of the Giorgetti high-end building.
The project includes 7 floors with a total of 32 residential units and was developed in collaboration with important partners: Mirador, Douglas Elliman Texas and Stolz&Partners.
The Origami cabinet designed by Massimo Castagna has inspired the exterior façade, for a geometric result that embellishes the landscape of Houston's Upper Kirby District.
The building stands out for the high level of customisation of each individual unit, with personalized and highly recognisable furnishing solutions that make each flat unique and sought-after.
The rooms, starting from the lobby, are characterised by a sophisticated atmosphere, provided by furnishings that express the quality of craftsmanship and made in Italy.
