m2atelier DESIGNER
m2atelier is an international multi-disciplinary, architecture and design studio based in Milan that has been founded by architects Marijana Radovic and Marco Bonelli who combined their unique complementary experiences and backgrounds and are supported by an extraordinary team of architects and designers.
Continuous research on space, proportions and materials and the design of details have allowed m2atelier to collaborate with major players in the fashion, yachting and furniture industry as well as developing durable relations with private clients.
The 25 people studio is working at different scales on projects worldwide, developing retail, residential, nautical and furniture projects that are always unique, exclusive and innovative.
Marijana Radovic, born 1979 in Serbia, is an interior designer best known for her work in the yacht design industry, but who also has broader involvement in other design fields. After her studies in interior architecture in Belgrade and Master’s Degree in Yacht Design at Milan’s Politecnico, she
started working on various yacht projects in studio in Rome and soon after in Geneva and Athens.
In 2006 she founded STANDBY studio initially based in Belgrade and Athens but soon transferred to Milan where she continued her development in the yacht design industry as well as in residential and aircraft design.
Marco Bonelli, born 1971 in Genoa, has accumulated extensive experience in the fashion, design and residential field, developing and building projects in Europe, United States and Asia.
After working experiences in Paris, Barcelona and New York and a Master's degree at Columbia University in NY, in 2000 he founded BAMdesign, a design/architecture studio with offices in New York and Milan. During his career he has designed projects and developed design-concepts for several fashion labels among which are: Salvatore Ferragamo, Gianfranco Ferré, Corneliani, Coccinelle, Jil Sander, Meltin Pot, Les Copains, Borbonese, Tom Ford, Giorgio Armani, D&G and Dolce&Gabbana.
