Enoteca Pinchiorri Project

Refined restaurant in the city centre of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza di Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. Enoteca Pinchiorri is an institution on the Italian food and wine scene, housed in the 18th-century spaces of the Renaissance Palazzo Jacometti - Ciofi, in a blaze of statues, niches and staircases, stuccoes and frescoed ceilings.

Giorgetti brings the PROGETTI armchair, an icon with a strongly recognisable image, to the refined surroundings of the venue, creating an elegant atmosphere, balanced between past and present.
