Interconnections
Interconnection is the keyword that defines Giorgetti's research.Materials and colours evoke nearby and distant places, geometric lines intertwine with décor and the artifice of art sparks a dialogue with nature, all leading to the creation of environments and sensory stimuli. The approach is akin to that of a painter who combines different inspirations, references and reflections of the world on his palette. The new fabrics are characterised by a wealth of decorative features: Terrazzo, velvet with Bauhaus-inspired geometric lines; Tonga, a highly embellished floral piece that recalls the "toile de Jouy"; and Matisse, decorated more simply with sketches done by hand.Marble also offers powerful decorative impact: the magical dark green Labradorite Lemurian from Madagascar, speckled with cobalt blue reflections that transform depending on the light, and Palissandro Tigrato from Piedmont, featuring a highly graphic design. When it comes to wood, Giorgetti presents Anthology, a decorative inlaid surface which condenses the essence, and even the fragrance, of the collection with its striking visuals.
